Global Wholesale Shipping & Logistics
At UCharmLashes, we offer high-efficiency global logistics to ensure your inventory is restocked quickly and reliably. Please review our wholesale shipping terms below:
1. Order Processing & Lead Times
- Sample Kits: Dispatched within 24-48 hours.
- In-Stock Wholesale: Dispatched within 3-5 business days.
- Custom OEM Orders: Production lead time typically ranges from 10-15 business days after final design approval, depending on order volume.
2. Carrier Partners & Shipping Speeds
We partner with premier express carriers to provide door-to-door delivery:
- North America & Europe: 5-7 business days via DHL/FedEx Express.
- Oceania & Asia: 3-5 business days via UPS/SF International.
- Rest of the World: 7-10 business days.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international wholesale orders, the buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties or customs fees according to their local regulations (Incoterms: EXW or DAP unless otherwise negotiated).
4. Order Tracking
A master tracking number will be provided via email and WhatsApp once the bulk shipment leaves our factory. We monitor your shipment until it reaches your warehouse.
